At Premiata Shoes, your satisfaction matters. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be attached.

  • You must include your order number and proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please email our support team at:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items (if specified)

  • Personalized/custom items
